Also of interest are these fun comments from Kris Benson's wife Anna about what it takes to keep him throwing high and tight. It's kinda odd reading an interview about a guy who spells his first name the same way as my girlfriend does.

Non-baseball tidbit: I can't stand Mark Morford. He's the Michael Moore of opinion columnists, in fact I think he coined the asinine phrase BushCo to refer to the Bush administration. But today he's got a funny (albeit still lefty) piece about iPods.
